Our free logos are offered on a non-exclusive basis. The ownership and copyright remains with LogoLogo.com. You cannot claim or register these logos as copyrights or as trademarks unless the logo is customized to the point where it differs significantly from the original.

Copyright of Customized Logos (Conditionally Transferred)

When you contract us to customize a logo for you, the final, customized logo becomes your property and the copyright to that design transfers to you. You may use it anywhere, for any purpose, forever. Note though that the original template logo as it appears on our web site remains the property of LogoLogo.com and we retain the copyright to that design. You cannot claim copyright to a customized design unless it differs from the original to the point where it may be considered a separate, copyrightable work.
